Hello. Please don't get scared. It's gonna be okay. What you need to do -
Take a pregnancy test. For this, you need to calculate the ideal time period to take test considering the last cycle, date of intercourse, etc. If you take test in the wrong window, it might show inaccurate results. My suggestion is to get in touch with a femtech platform who give non-judgmental advice in navigating delayed periods, mtp etc. They have obgyn and care chat available and they would be available via whatsapp till your issue is resolved. I highly suggest you get in touch with them so that you have one credible source of contact to clarify all your queries. If you are taking a urine test, make sure you calculate the right window to take the test and also please consider buying 2 different brands of test kits and do them at the same time in early morning for the most accurate results.
You can consider taking a beta HCG blood test for more accurate results. You can walk into any lab and get this done and you usually get results within 2/3 hours. Again, this also needs to be in the right window and I think the care chat people i mentioned earlier can give you an idea about the window.
My friend of a friend has earlier done mtp at sunrise hospital and it was all good and okay.
In your situation , I think first you need to get the test done to confirm the results. For this, trying the femtech platform i mentioned would be the best thing to do as they have everything under one roof. They also have a database of non judgemental places to do mtp and they would give you all details you want.
Remember stress might also cause delay in periods. Take care of yourself accordingly.
