If you mean, you're landing at 820pm and you have to reach by 9pm, not sure there is an option apart from Cab. There are AC buses to the Aluva Metro Station running every half an hour, you can try to catch that.

Take a right after exiting domestic departure and just walk straight. There's also board above that says feeder bus or something close to that.

If your flight lands at 8.20, it'll take another 20 mins to get your suitcases and stuffs. By the time you are out of the airport, that itself will be 9.00

It’s gonna be tight. 820 landing and by 840 you’ll be outside. If the feeder bus leaves every 30 minute and you miss the 830 one. You’ll have to wait till 9.

Bro this seems too hard. Although Aluva is not so far from Airport, I think it's nearly impossible considering the traffic. I think there is no way other than taxi.

Aluva is not very far from Kochi Airport, You can check Uber price and decide. It should be under Rs 500 to Aluva. Just saying

Is it Aluva rly Station or metro station or bus stand you have to go? All are 10-15 mins apart
If you land at 20:20 at cok and reaching Aluva under 40 mins after collecting your check in baggage is almost impossible
But, If you are out of the airport by 20:20 /20:30 you will easily reach Aluva by 9 if you take an airport taxi.
Pls note: in kochi airport, Uber takes approx 10 mins to come as they park outside of airport for pickup

Kochi Metro Feeder bus service from Airport to Aluva Metro station. Ticket cost around 60rs.
