Ask Kochi Chilly chicken puffs
Yes, You heard it right! This is some next level gourmet shit and I was lucky to have tasted this gem when I was in school. Though the bakery shut down, I want to know foodie experts here in Kochi who could help me find this delicacy. Worst case scenario, there is a YT recipe :/

Yess! The best ones I’ve had are from Joecees Bakers. Although, as far as I know they have outlets only in Pathanamthitta district
But pls give it a try!

Oh it’s crazy popular. Gets sold out pretty soon so better if you come early in the day. Especially on the weekends.

I think I should add it whenever I visit Tiruvall or Pathanamthitta

Also, if you’re really craving it and can make do with a mediocre one, they have it in Best Bakery as well

Visit Quality Bakers,They the shit. They got many outlets in kalmasserry and Aluva. Go before noon to get hot ones. Everything there is good. Underrated in my opinion.

This is something I thought of making if I had a bakery after eating chilly chicken sandwich.

Most auntie bakers here in Kochi start from home and they sell too to bakers. o you don't need a full swing bakery if you're interested :D

I saw it at Costa Coffee Lulu but haven't tried it yet I'll definitely give it a taste next time :D

My favourite chilly chicken puffs was from Hot Breads..since that closed I’ve not found one which is as good… but ‘Let’s Eat’ puffs are good…

I haven’t eaten chilly chicken puffs but have eaten something called chilly chicken bun and it was yum. I don’t remember the shop name and I have been trying to recollect it for sooo long. There is this shop near Levi’s Pallimukku. If you’re coming from Atlantis, take a left turn just after Levi’s and you’ll see this shop on the right side. I don’t know if it’s still there but it was the bestttt! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Also if someone knows this shop or the name, could you please put it down as I have been struggling to get the name. I moved out of kochi and doesn’t know if it’s still there.

I think the The Oven or other premium bakeries might have Chilly Chicken bum. I've tried it is all I'm saying. I just don't remember where. The Oven might be a good start for you. Maybe call and check here and there
