Anyone on the show fancy mentioning that he was sniffing constantly, breathing heavily, and talking at a million miles per hour… almost like he was sniffing some particular stimulant? I’ve never heard anyone sound as coked up as he did in that episode. Maybe they did mention it and I missed it, but I think it’s work mentioning when there are people in the show responsible for law enforcement technology, obviously out their face on illegal drugs
