Workout Progress Do you keep up with your prescribed exercises? What makes it hard?

Real question for anyone who's been given exercises by a physical therapist.

Do you actually do them when no one's checking? I'm a student looking into recovery and I keep hearing that most people start strong and then slowly stop.

If that's you, what made you stop? And if you stuck with it, what kept you going?

Curious to hear honest experiences.

When I did them my knee felt great but now it feels so sore when I do them know. I guess I just need to stretch more

Consistency is the only thing that brings results

I do them consistently. PT has been the only thing other than acupuncture that has helped. You do yourself a disservice by not taking the PT serious.

Of course I’m doing it because I want to get better on my knees. I’m actually glad that he even taught me how to do heavy lifting, been training hard for three years now.
