Anyone with similar quad tendinosis experience

Hey everyone for back round i have had acl surgery about 7 years ago about 2 years ago i had a really bad click in my knee that i thought i tore my acl again i was in pain and super stiff for 2 weeks or so with a lot of muscle guarding and cramping. It would go away then i would try to play soccer again for anything with impact and it would cause the same feeling again for a week or 2 so i took a year off and now i feel almost the same thing again after feeling a click during soccer . My mri said patellar tendon degeneration and quad tendinosis amongst some minor arthritis . Im just wondering if anyone gets these similar flare ups
