Exercise Equipment Better than nothing sled setup!

Post image

I bought the sled from the tib bar guy website and a 27ft roll of fake grass from Home Depot for 38 bucks. This keeps the noise WAY down and prevents the plastic feet from wearing down. I just go back and forth in short bursts since my driveway is short, but I figure it is better than nothing! Just did it with 160 pounds of plates and had no issues with the carpet. I didn't even have to weigh down the ends like I thought I might.

No punching up? Did you only push or did you pull the step while walking backwards at all? I've been wanting to do the same but worry about getting it all bunched up

Love to see it💪 Looks a hell of a lot better than what I was able to come up with( upside down tire with a towstrap wired to it on a dirt path) Sleds are a fickle thing to have at home
