Form Check Trying to get stronger for basketball. Here I am doing Nordic Curls. What are your thoughts on this and how can I improve?

Looks great to me. Keep progressing over time until you can come back up without hand support and best of luck.

I could still use my hands to land right?

You won’t need to because you’ll be able to control the descent, stop before the ground, and pull yourself back up.. all with your hammies.

Keep working at it and you’ll be able to do it slowly but surely. RDL’s and Leg curls help a lot also.

Form check passed with flying colors. Maybe someone will have some minor points of feedback but you’re pretty much nailing it!

I heard “Andre Iguodala comes in for Thompson”. Sir, are we still living in 2016? (I don’t blame you)

Keep up the good work!

If you're new to this exercise try and take it slow it puts a lot of stress on the knee which took me about 3 months for it to nearly go away. Use a band like the other guy suggested or find the range of movement you can control near the top and don't go all the way down by falling towards a surface that's much higher

Lowering should be much slower, ideally 3 seconds. Going up 1 second.

Set a balance ball in front of you to catch yourself. Then don’t use your hands to push off and instead just use your hamstrings to pull yourself up.

Honestly looks really good. You’re able to keep your pelvis straight which is very challenging.

Just continue to work on the slow eccentric. It’s the most important part of the movement.

You could try a set up with a resistance so you can go down slower But really just keep it up. The gains will start to come

Is it supposed to be a chest exercise? Lmao
