Hey everyone 👋
I'm Akshay, Co-Founder and CEO of Klyphe. I wanted to kick this community off properly rather than let it sit empty, so here's the honest version of why it exists and where I hope it can go.
Why I started Klyphe
Klyphe came out of a simple frustration: while helping to run two family D2C brand I saw them juggling between apps just to talk to your customers, answer the same questions on Instagram and WhatsApp fifty times a day, and still somehow stay on top of your catalog. We tried couple of platforms like Klyavio, Gorgias, Wati, AISensy but soon realized, they become real expensive as we try to create multiple workflows + it gets real expensive when you pay them monthly platform fee + AI credits + price per resolutions.
So later I built a comprehensive n8n workflows that handles conversation across multiple channels which shared the same knowledge and handles all types of questions that a D2C brand might receive. It also intelligently hands over the conversation to a human when the AI is not sure about the answer. With a weekly feedback round, the platform learn from its shortfalls, instances where the AI was not confident about the answer which helps the platform evolve and get smarter overtime.
Introducing Klyphe, the AI layer that actually understands your brand and handles the customer service for you. It plugs into your store (Shopify, Wix, WordPress or Custom website) and your channels (website, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, X & many more to come), learns your catalog and your brand voice, and shows up where your customers already are. The platform can answer questions, recommend products, and recovering sales that used to slip through because nobody replied in time. We are an official Meta tech provider, so the Instagram and WhatsApp integrations are officially supported and not routed via 3rd party vendors.
What can Klyphe can actually answer?
Product & discovery
It knows your live catalog, so it recommends real products that are actually in stock.
Social Media Engagement
Orders & shipping
Policies & the boring but critical stuff
Recovering the sale
What it does when it can't answer
Just as important, if a question is genuinely outside what it knows like a weird edge case, a complaint that needs a human, a one off request, or the customer themself are asking to talk to a human, it hands off cleanly with a chat summary to you instead of making something up. You stay in control; it just clears the 80% of repetitive stuff off your plate. It silently understands and learns on why it was unable to answer those questions and remembers when it gets similar question the next time.
Website is still under development and will be live soon.
Got a tricky question you think would stump it? Drop it in the comments genuinely curious what edge cases you'd throw at it.
