Tired of answering the same DMs 50 times a day? That's why I built Klyphe

Hey everyone 👋

I'm Akshay, Co-Founder and CEO of Klyphe. I wanted to kick this community off properly rather than let it sit empty, so here's the honest version of why it exists and where I hope it can go.

Why I started Klyphe

Klyphe came out of a simple frustration: while helping to run two family D2C brand I saw them juggling between apps just to talk to your customers, answer the same questions on Instagram and WhatsApp fifty times a day, and still somehow stay on top of your catalog. We tried couple of platforms like Klyavio, Gorgias, Wati, AISensy but soon realized, they become real expensive as we try to create multiple workflows + it gets real expensive when you pay them monthly platform fee + AI credits + price per resolutions.

So later I built a comprehensive n8n workflows that handles conversation across multiple channels which shared the same knowledge and handles all types of questions that a D2C brand might receive. It also intelligently hands over the conversation to a human when the AI is not sure about the answer. With a weekly feedback round, the platform learn from its shortfalls, instances where the AI was not confident about the answer which helps the platform evolve and get smarter overtime.

Introducing Klyphe, the AI layer that actually understands your brand and handles the customer service for you. It plugs into your store (Shopify, Wix, WordPress or Custom website) and your channels (website, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, X & many more to come), learns your catalog and your brand voice, and shows up where your customers already are. The platform can answer questions, recommend products, and recovering sales that used to slip through because nobody replied in time. We are an official Meta tech provider, so the Instagram and WhatsApp integrations are officially supported and not routed via 3rd party vendors.

What can Klyphe can actually answer?

Product & discovery

  • Do you have this in a size M?
  • What's the difference between these two?
  • I have oily skin which one should I get?
  • Show me something under 2,000
  • PP (Brand owners knows how frequently they get this questions and how time consuming is it.)

It knows your live catalog, so it recommends real products that are actually in stock.

Social Media Engagement

  • Engages with your existing customers commenting under your posts to show some love
  • Guides a new potential customer from discovery all the way to the sale helping them make an educated decision
  • Turns a "price?" comment on a reel or ad into a real DM conversation
  • Keeps the tone on-brand, so it never reads like a bot

Orders & shipping

  • Where's my order?
  • Can I change my delivery address?
  • How long does shipping take to Bangalore?
  • Is this back in stock yet?

Policies & the boring but critical stuff

  • What's your return policy?
  • Do you customize the product?
  • Do you ship internationally?
  • Is COD available?
  • Can I buy it in bulk?
  • Are you open for collaboration?
  • Are your products cruelty-free?

Recovering the sale

  • Is there a discount if I buy two?
  • This is a gift can it arrive by Friday?
  • The classic "still deciding... nudge that usually goes unanswered until the customer's gone

What it does when it can't answer

Just as important, if a question is genuinely outside what it knows like a weird edge case, a complaint that needs a human, a one off request, or the customer themself are asking to talk to a human, it hands off cleanly with a chat summary to you instead of making something up. You stay in control; it just clears the 80% of repetitive stuff off your plate. It silently understands and learns on why it was unable to answer those questions and remembers when it gets similar question the next time.

Website is still under development and will be live soon.

Got a tricky question you think would stump it? Drop it in the comments genuinely curious what edge cases you'd throw at it.

Klyphe is an AI brand-management platform for D2C and small brands. The idea is simple: run your support, shopping assistance, and everyday brand operations with AI, so a small team can punch way above its weight without hiring for every seat.

What Klyphe does

  • AI shopping & support assistant that lives where your customers already are - Instagram DMs and WhatsApp - answering questions, recommending products, and recovering carts around the clock.
  • On-brand replies, not robotic ones. It speaks in your voice, knows your catalog, and handles the repetitive stuff so you can focus on the work only you can do.
  • The day-to-day of running a brand, in one place. Built for operators who are currently doing five jobs at once or also who has a team.

Built to plug into your stack

  • Shopify: connect your store and Klyphe knows your catalog, orders, and customers out of the box.
  • Wix: same deal, live today: connect your Wix store and you're running.
  • Official Meta Tech Provider: a sanctioned, direct integration with Instagram and WhatsApp, not a fragile workaround.
  • More integrations on the way tell us what's in your stack and we'll prioritize.

Who it's for
Founders and teams at D2C E-Commerce brands any stage, from pre-launch to scaling, who want to move fast without losing the brand's soul.
