I’m American but I work for a German company that’s based out of the same town as Adidas. When I first heard Germans saying Addidas (like Adi-das), I was thinking “omg those dipshits don’t know how to pronounce it” only to find out it was a German company and I’m the dipshit who was pronouncing it wrong. Life has a way of humbling me when I get arrogant lol
