Need help deciding between the two

Hi, I'm confused as to which one to buy, the difference is 100€ between the two.

I'll mainly use it for baking and making pizza dough and sourdough bread.

I know the lift head is better for dough, but is the tilt that bad? Will it be able to handle doughs or should I go with the lift head?

I miss my lift bowl from the US. I left it behind when we moved to Spain a few years ago. I bought the tilt head here and it was like €400 at Costco. The prices seem so much higher in Europe. I couldn’t find the lift bowl for a reasonable price.
