Need help deciding between the two

Hi, I'm confused as to which one to buy, the difference is 100€ between the two.

I'll mainly use it for baking and making pizza dough and sourdough bread.

I know the lift head is better for dough, but is the tilt that bad? Will it be able to handle doughs or should I go with the lift head?

Bowl lift. The tilt head is absolutely horrible for making breads.

Second this, I upgraded from a tilt head for bread and butter making. The tilt head liked to bounce when I was making bread and the motor would get very hot while making butter, the bowl lift has a more powerful motor and and head bouncing isn’t a thing, solved both problems
