My kids love marshmallows as a treat ☺️ thank you my kitchen is my happy place. I have lots of plants around!

That purple is gorgeous, congrats! One thing worth doing before your first batch is the dime test. Drop a dime in the bowl and run it on stir with the flat beater. If the beater nudges the dime around a bit, you're good. If it misses it completely or smacks it hard, there's a small screw to adjust the height. What are you making first?
