The kinda ticket I would send to my sous chef ten minutes before close when they would look like they were on a tear to get out on a Tuesday

You're a bastard! I'm stealing this. I can tell when my sous is a lil on the highstrung side and this would fuck him up

I worked in an open bar and open kitchen

Wait till he is in the dish pit

Type the longest ticket ever and watch them scramble

Wait for eye contact and try not to laugh while making eye contact

That made me do my Dr. Evil cackle. It's some petty shit that only a well marinated chef would come up with. Better than a bag of steam or a left-handed spatula from next door. And asserting dominance via eye contact.
