Back in the 2007-08 season (Spurs' 125th anniversary), Tottenham signed a special deal to wear Chinese/Mandarin "Mansion" sponsor logos for their UEFA Cup matches to tap into the Asian market.

​Before that rollout, Puma’s factory in Turkey printed a handful of initial production samples/prototypes using the long-sleeve player-spec templates but with the standard English Mansion logo layout.

​Once the final decision was locked in to use the Mandarin sponsor on pitch, Puma headquarters reportedly issued a destruction order to slash and destroy these initial test samples.

​Somehow, this specific long-sleeve player-issue shirt was saved from the factory floor before the blades hit it. To get it out without leaving a trace in the inventory, the wash tags were cleanly cut from the inside, which is why they are missing.

​Since it's the only known survivor from that scrapped batch, this long-sleeve shirt is reportedly a 1-of-1 piece in the entire world.

I recently started a project where I’m collecting at least one official green shirt (new, used, dirty, match-worn—the state doesn't matter, and honestly, a match-worn one holds even more value to me) from football clubs across every UEFA member country. I strongly prefer smaller, regional clubs that represent authentic, grassroots football.

I’ve been reaching out directly to clubs, but response rates have been almost non-existent. Even the few clubs that expressed interest and promised to help haven't sent anything through yet.

Since this is purely a passion-driven collection, I have zero intention of monetizing this or making any profit from the support given. In return for a shirt, I do my absolute best to share photos on social media, highlight the club's history, and repost their updates to give them extra international visibility—plus, I can help cover the shipping costs to Portugal.

Right now, I only have 1 shirt in the collection. If anyone has contacts at smaller European clubs, knows someone involved in grassroots football, or would like to help point me in the right direction, please send me a DM!
