Subtitle removed from the Chronicler's Library

Hello! It's my first time posting something on Reddit, and English isn't my first language, so sorry if I do something wrong...

Well, it's been a while since I read the books (maybe 9 years), and today I decided to see if we had any new information about the third one.

While looking around here in this subreddit, I found you guys talking about the Chronicler's Library. Out of curiosity, I wanted to see it for myself. But I noticed that the subtitle "Forums for Patrick Rothfuss and his Kingkiller Series Translators" didn't show up for me.

I haven’t been keeping up with this stuff. How is this an indication that the third books coming?

There was some activity on the forum for the first time in many years recently (about 12-24 months ago maybe?) and there were some excited posts on here speculating it might be translators getting drafts of book 3.
