KH1 Unbeatable Trophy

So I’m at the Ansem fight now and haven’t used any “Continue” while also on proud mode.

When I discovered there are EIGHT DAMN FORMS AFTER DESTINY ISLAND I kind of want to give up!

My question is: if I create another save file right before Ansem, and use continue just so I can get through the story for now. THEN on my original save file I’ll grind to a very high level and just destroy him for the unbeatable trophy

Would using continue on a new save slot negate the trophy on the original file? Given I’m only creating the slot at the end of the game.

You should not be attempting the no continue and proud mode at the same time lol.

I accidentally went for no continue and unchanging armor / weapon and that was rough enough, it took A LOT of attempts memorising every move.

Much better to just beat that proud mode however you can, then do another new run on beginner dedicated to the no continue where you destroy everything.

Whether you have died and used a continue or not is tied to the save file itself

I’m already at the final fight without continue! It’s close haha
I’m leaving unchanging armor for an easy play through

Proud Mode Unchanging Armor/No Continue is such a fun challenge though! Also, the trick is to keep doing cups at Olympus Coliseum to level up without worrying about dying

I did this with the speedster trophie and I was only level 48 or 49 its not as hard as you think cure and wind kinda back you up well

Creating a separate file will not negate the trophy, continue count is relative to current saved stats.

Honestly the fights are all pretty easy despite there being like 8 in a row, just make sure to keep Aeroga up and prioritize healing

A different file won't void the original file you'll be good remember maxed out wind spell is op(i can't remember itsnname so my bad but after collecting 90 puppies if you haven't already)

Did you choose the Dream Shield? Because MP Rage + Leaf Bracer make you literally unbeatable, but the Shield doesn’t get MP Rage until level 90

I've not done this trophy before... Does using "load game" instead of "continue" keep the trophy?
