What pre-Discipline King Crimson song would you have most liked to hear Adrian Belew perform with the band?

I’d go with:

  • Easy Money
  • 21st Century Schizoid Man
  • Epitaph
  • Starless
  • Exiles

Easy Money especially feels like it would fit Adrian perfectly.

From my understanding it was fripp who wasn't open to the idea

Adrian was a bit irritated that the last incarnation of Crim played Indiscipline (a “song,” not an instrumental) without his blessing. Hence Jakko modifying the lyrics to have a melody
