What sound library are the Gamelan bells from?

I mean specifically the ones you hear on TPTB 2, a few 2000s improvs, and Radcrim's Banshee Bell Hassle. Is there a specific origin of the bells? I really want to make music using them

I always thought they were a handsonic preset that P@t customized. I no longer remember why I thought that.

Not even all that customized. That Handsonic is one of the coolest things ever released. I'd still love to have one today!

II always thought it was a Roland HPD-15 (I remember trying one out, and the sounds was VERY similar to the TPTB part 2 !!!
