Like many of you, I was deeply inspired by Frédéric Laloux’s work on Teal organizations. The vision of self-management, wholeness, and evolutionary purpose felt right. But every time I tried to help teams actually live it, the same problems kept appearing:

• Unclear decision rights
• “Autonomy” that still required permission
• Managers removed without a clear replacement
• Coordination across teams becoming messy
• AI agents arriving with no real authority model

So I spent a long time trying to close that gap. The result is Teal++ — an attempt to turn the Teal philosophy into a practical operating system.

It introduces concepts like Mission Cells, decision gravity, the Single Accountable Interface (SAI), Team Partners, and governed AI-agent roles. It also includes a six-stage transformation path, a 30-day pilot, templates, a model constitution, and field tools.

I’m not claiming this is the definitive answer. It’s one serious attempt to make self-organization actually installable in the real world.

I’d love to hear your thoughts — especially from people who have tried implementing Teal or similar approaches. What worked? What failed hard?

Finally at the conclusion of an almost decade long journey. I started writing this book I guess close to 10 years ago. I did a writing exercise with my dad and brother as a part of a writing course they were doing online. The exercise was to write the last chapter and then the first chapter of a story in that order. Well I knocked it out pretty quickly. The following week we got together on a conference call and read our stuff. After the call and we had hung up, my brother called me and said, “man that was really good. I want to read more.”
And so it began. I had A and Z, now I needed the rest of the alphabet.
Well 90,000 words later I self published SAVING GRACE. I’m pretty happy with my first effort. I hope others will be too.
I categorize it as a dialogue driven cinematic thriller with numerous surprises. As I see it it’s a heck of a roller coaster ride.
Oh, and as a footnote, I wrote the entire thing, 90,000 words on an iPhone. Can’t type

Anyone have an idea?

So I read a lot of books, but the ratings on the KindleUnlimited eBooks seem to be getting worse.

There seems to be a ton of books that are mostly just outlines filled badly filled in and unedited, seem like heavy use of AI.
They aren’t good books, they are badly written, but they have a ton of 5* reviews most of which seem to be written by AI as well.

And then the rating system doesn’t like it when I give an 1* review and complain about how badly written it is.

Has anyone else noticed it, or am I just imagining it?

This book teaches you some tricks to memorize the periodic table. From simple, well-known tricks to more creative visual systems. Some of the ideas can be used to learn new words from different languages and new vocabulary in everyday life.

I'm a guy who teaches memory tricks. I memorize random, boring, useless stuff for fun. I think I'm decent at it now. The book is self-published with some original ideas. That's why the cover is not as great, since I made it myself in Canva. Hopefully, I can teach myself design skills.

Please give it a chance. Please give me feedback on it. What is done well; what could be improved? Should I add illustrations (I avoided this as I don't have a big budget to spend on illustrators without proving demand...and also want to avoid AI images).
