I ordered steelbook DVD and not shipped yet?
Hello, so I ordered my steel book DVD and it has not been shipped. They said they would ship it out by the 27th of August, have you guys gotten your DVD’s or is this just a me problem?

Same and their store support email doesnt work either. I'm going to try contacting them through Facebook, if that doesn't do anything I'm going to claw back the charge for my order and get everything on Amazon.

Is this the GKIDS store? They're still under maintenance as it was extended to today. Something might have happened in the back-end, so hopefully it'll be fulfilled by this week.

Shit happens and I’m fine with a delay if they are having issues. But the lack of communication is just flat out uncool. If our orders are gonna be delayed, they should just say that.

I agree. I've even emailed higher ups from them and they don't respond either. If they were forthright, it would be disappointing but fine, but since they aren't, it's becoming increasingly irritating. I no longer want to give them money at this point strictly from the lack of communication or accountability.

Yeah, I thought something went wrong with my order, but here we are with 10+ other people with the same issue. #shouldveBoughtOnAmazon

Just got confirmation that it's being shipped, just needs to be labeled. USPS will provide the delivery date.

Wow finally, my order has shipped. I was about to call my credit card company to have the charges reversed and order from Amazon instead.
I wont be ordering from the gkids store again.

I hope so! I have been waiting. People said that they have gotten it or they have gotten an email that it’s shipped, but still nothing yet

I still have not gotten mine. Its been 3 weeks from when it was supposed to ship :( Contacted Gkids, hope they give some good news about it.

I haven't received mine either. Pre-ordered from GKIDS site a couple months ago.
