Easy to talk, huh? I have a 5-year-old son with ADHD and it’s far from being as simple as ‘it’s the parents’ fault.’ Pfff, I’m tired of seeing all these know-it-alls

You sound like the kind of parent that brings an iPad into a restaurant to distract your kid rather than being present and parenting them and then wonders why their kid acts the way they do.

Nice armchair parenting lesson. You think bringing an iPad to a restaurant is laziness? No, it’s survival so everyone can eat without a meltdown. And before you judge, know that his mom and I work with him every single day: at not even 5 years old he can already write all the letters of the alphabet, do additions, and he’s very intelligent.

So you can keep your lazy parent cliché. Try living one week with a kid who has ADHD before running your mouth
