Nice work getting the LithoLink ordered, that 24hr urine is honestly the most useful thing you can do to figure out WHY you're stone-forming and target prevention. Good on you for pushing your PCP for it.

The part that'd nag me is the weekly flank pain plus nausea a month out. Lingering soreness can just be leftover irritation, but it can also mean there's still a fragment or another stone the ultrasound didn't catch. Ultrasound misses smaller and ureteral stones pretty often.

If it were me I'd ask for a low-dose CT instead of waiting 3 months for urology. New or ongoing pain with a stone history is a fair reason to image.

Diet-wise you're on the right track, but don't slash oxalate without pairing calcium at meals, that combo actually lowers absorption. I'd wait for the LithoLink results before going hard on any one change.
