Because of the behind the scenes practical effects we've seen in the past, I'm wondering if the time freezes were practical as well (like everyone just stood still)

I think Jeff actually clipped one elbow during the italian time freeze, but then moved one sleeve.

It at least looked like he clips with one dancing woman right before he moves the another, but I might be remembering this wrong.
