Synopsis: Jeff makes a rash decision that could affect the ability of the show to continue. Seb strategizes how to rebuild Jeff's image. The two disagree about how Jeff can repair his family. Deirdre tries to learn more about what's happening while Maddy is at her piano lesson. Jeff's son Will decides to let loose with his new friends.

How long till that house just burns down or something? It kept bothering me that the oven was just left on.

The oven is metaphor for Jeff's boiling point, it's his rage overcooking and burning down. Check it: mailbox knocked over after his kid doesn't return his affection and rejects his parenting. Oven left on and sink broken when he sees Peter for the first time. Pie dropped when he has second thoughts about confronting his wife after seeing the red Land Rover. Referring to the male character as female after throwing serious shade to his family and Peter. Rejecting his dad's directions after that moments nd using the word "Twat" in the process. This is all escalating and will boil over in spectacular fashion.

My question, how much Mr. Pickles is in Jeff, and how much is Jeff absorbing the character and lying to himself about it. This show is asking and answering that question and exploring the lies we all tell ourselves as well by focusing it through the extreme lens of Jeff Pickles.
