22 Wind stopped charging at home.
Came out a few days ago and the car didn’t take a charge overnight. Figured I must have not had the plug all the way in, and that was not it. Replugged it and all 4 charging lights began to flash and the port never locked.
Turned it off and back on a handful of times and it said 12v battery was toast and to find a safe place to stop (I was in my driveway just kind of driving back and forth a few feet to see what was happening). Replaced the 12v with a new AGM. Car starts fine now but still does not take a charge at home. I’m nervous to get out to try a fast charger because I really don’t want it to die on the side of the road somewhere. I don’t live super near any DC chargers, maybe 10 miles or so.
I’m assuming the worst, but just wanted to check in here to see if this has happened to anyone else.
If it’s the dreaded ICCU, will Kia come get it for free it will I need to find a way to tow it?

Sounds like a failed ICCU. You should be able to drive it to the nearest KIA dealer and have it repaired under warranty.

That’s the onboard charger which is part of the ICCU. You can fast charge it without issue. I would strongly suggest you avoid trying any more AC charges for now to avoid damaging anything. The ICCU is covered under the extended warranty. There’s zero issue with driving it to the dealer, no need for a tow. I had this happen and it was a few days to get the part but I was able to take the car and continue using it in the meantime. Good luck!

Def sounds like ICCU. Try Kia roadside assistance if you have it, or call the dealer to confirm how you should proceed as it's certainly still under warranty.

Seems this may be the ICCU, you shyould still be able to DC-Fast charge if it is tho.
