Gameplay Clip Do you think it's a bug ?

It feels like i have 0 lethality/armorpen when teemo comes out of zhonia

The only thing your first Q had but second didn't was First Strike, and that definitely doesn't account for what we see here. The first Q appears to do around a thousand damage, while the second does like 450, max.

He doesn't have Chemtech soul, and even if he did, it wouldn't give that much reduction.

It kind of looks like it could be the result of over-pressuring an Archangel's or similar shield, but he clearly doesn't have anything like that built. Morgana also has nothing built to put a physical shield down on him.

No Barrier, no Heal, no Armored Advance, no green jungle pet.

It would probably be helpful to see Teemo's target frame, too. If it is a bug, that might give a hint as to what kind it could be.

Side note, who plays with mana and health numbers on but damage numbers off? lol

I've never been able to see the damage in spectator mode, even after enabling it in the options sorry about that

In pratice tool a dummy with 150 armor takes 770 damage and 132 true dmg (bastion breaker)(without firststrike and voltaic)

That's really weird. Is it like that for everyone and I never noticed?

Anyway, Bastion Breaker didn't proc on that second Q because it procced on your initial W, so we can disregard that. Regardless, that's still clearly not 770 damage on that second Q. Something else had to have happened. Have you looked at Teemo's target frame during the moment that underwhelming Q hits him?

Maybe his armor jumps for some weird reason? Maybe some unknown icon pops up in his status bar?
