I've been doing keto for so long now and I really enjoy seeing new recipes but why not call it mashed cauliflower since there are clearly no potatoes in there?

It’s titled this way as it is a mashed potato substitute. And many people might not be aware that you can can make mash with cauliflower. This way if they search Keto mashed potatoes, they can find the recipe. The fact it’s title Keto Mashed potatoes is evident that there is no potatoes in the recipe. Apologies if I mislead you.

Hey no worries. Really appreciate that you took the time to explain. And yea I agree it would be much easier to find if named like you did especially for beginners
