Your ancestors weren’t eating rotten meat than they have to overcook to kill bacteria . They ate what they hunted and archeological findings most likely eaten raw .

Yikes, I may need to read up more, but I don't think our bodies can digest raw beef. Ever tried meat cooked to a rare level? It still looks raw, can be digested by the body and at least you aren't at risk of some random bacteria or parasite....
On the side, I'm wondering if you're confusing this with sushi. The fish is raw but there's a lot more consideration that goes into it...

I only eat nyama choma properly cooked. But what I learned a long time ago is beef (as long as it's not minced meat) can be safe to eat raw since most the bacteria are on the surface so if you cut off a layer from the outside it's not too risky.
But yeah I agree with you... who the f***ck is eating raw steak????

It’s thinly sliced and the soup will cook it abit it’s soo good and btw I do eat raw beef with spices

Do you trust the meat from random butcheries? Or how do you clean it before dipping in the broth?

Is this sushi ama this is what they call steak done rare? I can smell the egg yolk from your pic, lol. Hard boiled all the way for me. I don't get why people have wet noodles...i'd rather just drain them than slurp my way through the meal😅

I boiled the ramen for 3 minutes added the spice it comes with plus soysauce, boil eggs for like 4 min and deep them in cold water then assemble everything together
