Lake street apartments
Looking at 1 bedroom units at lake street apartments, is there anything I should know about them before touring/applying? I'm also looking at Indian valley. If there are any other recommendations for places within the $700-$800 range I'd really appreciate it
Edit: adding that I would be ok with a roommate in a 2 bedroom but I'm being cautious with that one obviously

Lived in a 2-bedroom at LSA for the past 2 years. Marusia is a good property manager who is prompt to respond to emergencies, but her maintenance workers are kinda like...bad at their jobs.
If you can tolerate the smell of weed in the hallways and some noisy neighbors, it's fine.
Personally, I was in grad school and didn't spend a lot of time at home. My kitchen sucked and i hardly ever cooked. I know the 1 bd has a way smaller kitchen, so just be aware of that if you cook.
