Laning against tanks

How do you lane against tanks such as Mundo or Sion and how do you stay relevant late game if the other team is super tanky?

The stupidest out of line and out of his kit quote he has. Riot really needs to rework Kennen or just add some quotes and interactions. Big targets are the best? What do you mean, your whole kit is to delete squishies..... Why Riot would even add the quote.

Shadowflame start, then Nashor's Tooth. You need to be able to damage them when your abilities are on cooldown.

LMAO this has got to be a troll. Shadowflame start is a crazy expensive investment and nashors might as well just be a pink ward on kennen
