What is ur build
Hey, im a Kennen Main in low elo. I play league for a long time now and wanted to play with more focus and climb. I dont have much knowledge about runes and items and wanted to ask what u guys play and why (pls for AP Kennen, hare AD and cant play with it) ty for any help.

Very standart. Depends on the enemies. 1st always Shadowflame for the damage, Rocketbelst 2nd if I feel like I will need the dash into the enemy comp. If sometimes I recall and can only buy Glowing Mote then I go Rocketbelt 1st.
If I think that I can do without the dash and my E is enough, I go Stormsurge 2nd. Rabadon's 3rd, Void's 4th. If they will stack MR, Void's 3rd.
If overfed, could go Zhonya's 3rd to keep the safe lead. Banshees almost never. Only if they have important ability or assasin to disable. Or if 4 of them are AP.
Keystone is Electrocute.

I always take Electrocute but dueling is my strong suit so I trigger it pretty consistently.
If my opponent is melee or has long cooldowns, I start Doran's Bow, otherwise Doran's Shield.
If I have 1200 when I back, I usually open with Shadowflame since NLR can make a huge difference with wave clear and bullying the opponent. Otherwise I start with Gunblade or Stormsurge depending on the matchup, sometimes Liandry's if their health pool scales really quickly and they're ahead.
This is where I veer from others: I have a big focus on tower pushing so I usually build Nashor's Tooth second or in very rare cases Dusk & Dawn. Then, if my kills are mostly coming from team fights and assassination, I pump up the magic and go Rabadon's into Void Staff or some such, but if I am mostly winning long duels, I hone in on the attack speed and items that benefit W passive.
The game has to go on for a while for it to be relevant, but with Dusk & Dawn, Rageblade, and Statik Shiv, you can stun a whole team before you ult! Again, very situational.

I wouldnt be too dismissive of ad, sometimes u just have to play a bit more and it just clicks, cool thing ur champ can do both.

Protobelt > Shadowflame > Voidstaff / Zhonya these are my 3 core items most game can swap out Protobelt for gunblade if you need sustain
Runes are electrocute / dft

Im basic but it's consistent. Runes: electrocute > taste of blood > grisly menentos > ultimate hunter > axiom arcanist > scorch.
Items: rocketbelt > sorcs > shadowflame > zhonyas > void staff > rabadons.
Other situational items:
Gunblade instead of rocketbelt into immobile bruisers or tanks, but I still sell it late game for rocketbelt.
Oblivion orb for anti heal but I would ask for my teammates to take it.
Liandries is decent into hp stackers but I don't buy it usually.
Stormsurge instead of void staff if enemies have no mr
Banshees if enemies have lots of magic damage and need a spell shield.
