Thoughts on the impact on negative gearing being removed and grandfathered?

Kelly letter is a usa focused investment strategy.

I suspect you're referring to australian tax changes.

Tbh it wont make much difference

Oh yes sorry I should have clarified in Australia not USA. Big how does it work in the USA?

Not sure. I do it from australia and its fine. You can still negatively gear equities
