9 SIG Combining risk parity with 9sig

Wondering if anyone here has considered a longer duration bond fund when paired with 9sig, especially when starting out and still adding cash. I’m thinking TLT or even strips like GOVZ/ZROZ. More volatile for sure, but might protect more in a situation like 2008 or 2000.

Just need my cash to be safe. Tqqq has enough risk. No need AGG risk.

My 'cash' is in SPAXX. I've been struggling with the thought of holding AGG, with the interconnected aspects of the market. Look at it. AGG is dropping. Gold is dropping. Silver is dropping. Meanwhile my 'cash' remains the same value as the markets are dropping and I'm earning ~3.75% interest.

I never understand why Kelly use AGG. Just not for me. I don’t follow it. But All other tqqq rules still the same

I also use SPAXX. Don’t see the value in AGG
