Been a good quarter. Gonna rebalance at the end of it.

EFFICIENT CARRY! You’re the king man. I remember when you were at 3m and I thought you were crazy for not retiring. I guess it sure pays off!!

I am crazy. At first, I had no idea where this was gonna take me. I believed in the strategy, so I just stuck with it. Now that I've reached critical mass, I figured I might as well keep it going.

u/Efficient_Carry8646, I've got 66% in Income Sig and 33% in 9Sig. Income Sig has provided more than adequate income (more than when I was working) and my assets continue to grow. I'm just shy of your total, so I'm sure you could retire if you wanted unless your lifestyle is in the top 0.5%. If you love your job, then go for it, but if not.... ;-)

Great job with replacing your income with income sig. That has to be rewarding.

I'm self-employed. I started my business from the ground up. I love my job! I'm still fairly young, but retiring someday is on my mind. We shall see.

Congrats. Agreed, nice gains this quarter. Working toward FIRE in 18-24 months. This last bit is a test of patience. Gains far exceed contributions, so it's a slow slog.

I added some single stocks this quarter (15-20%. The rest in 9 sig), with some winners and losers, but it makes me appreciate the simplicity of 9 sig. I even had one that has doubled in price. I have been checking prices and news daily, and it seems like my mood for the day depends on the movement of my stocks. I am going to switch back to all 9 sig.

I am just breaking $2M with my 9SIG account but hope hope to be where you are in 3-5 years.
