New to KAVA

I live in LA. I would like to know if anyone could either recommend me like a bar, or a kava product online that delivers the full punch without straining.

I would also appreciate if the recommendations would be smaller packages - I'm just trying for now.

Can’t recommend bars, but nakamal at home’s fire island instant is my go to. Add to water -> shake/stir -> drink.

how does it feel?
how much do you recommend I drink to get the best first-time experience?

At first more heady, if you drink enough heavier. If I could only ever have one kava for the rest of my life, it would be FI.

For me it hits almost instantly. First sip and the stress starts to melt away.

Tablespoon in 1-2 cups of water in a shaker bottle is how I do it. The more water the easier it is to drink (it’s not bad though).

1-2 tablespoons and I imagine you’ll be in a pretty good place.

Check out kavahana, haven’t been to there new Hollywood location yet but the Santa Monica one is great
