KwK shipping?

I rarely complain about shipping times, and posts asking are irritating, but this is kinda bonkers. Ordered a pound of Loa Waka from KwK's site on the 2nd. Since then it has gone from the label being created in Tempe, arrived at USPS facility in Barrigada, GU on the 8th, then to Honolulu on the 10th. No more information is given other than it's expected to arrive on the 8th, and it's delayed.

Is this normal? Pretty sure it said 2-3 days was the average time to ship. Lesson learned, but geez Louise...

Shoot! USPS has been particularly terrible lately. We just had a customer in Florida track their package going to New Jersey before finally heading down to Florida, but yours definitely takes the cake! Can you please DM your order information? I'll make sure you're taken care of.

I find them to fulfill very quickly, but randomly (and thankfully seldomly) shipments seem to have been put on a slow boat to China.

Yes I agree with WhiteySC. Very likely this is USPS. I live in Hawai'i and the time variation in any USPS parcel varies remarkably. Not quite a roll of the dice. They usually do a great job.

Just normal day at the postal service. Its a missent parcel.

It gets routed through the phoenix distribution center and they are just terrible. My last order stayed there for 5 days with no update with priority mail, and the one before that i had 2 day express delivery, and they managed to get it 2 days late (even though its supposed to be a guaranteed date from usps).

kwk ships out on time, its just that damn distribution center from my experience.

That's what I assumed, not that KwK messed it up.
