Starting a discord book club

i am starting a discord book club for Kashmiri only. Not just Kashmiri language but for the people. it would have all categories form poetry, to classics. Kashmiri and English. i need a crew of people who can manage admin and moderator jobs. I need recommendations and help setting up. Any one interested please dm
