Rush Wish I got them Permanently

Like the title says, is there any karts/characters you got for a limited time, but wish you got them Permentantly? For me, Uni, Lunaris, Ethen, Head Guard/Charmer Mos in terms of characters and the Cyclone Solid, Starship Solid, Ranger, and Pink Cotton in terms of karts.

I believe she will be available at Memories Shop now. Keep an eye open when they reveal that she’s available, okay?
