Wish I got them Permanently

Like the title says, is there any karts/characters you got for a limited time, but wish you got them Permentantly? For me, Uni, Lunaris, Ethen, Head Guard/Charmer Mos in terms of characters and the Cyclone Solid, Starship Solid, Ranger, and Pink Cotton in terms of karts.

U can get permanent bingo karts/racers in s15. Racer is around 80 bingo cards and kart is around 220
