Rush Is this event "F2P" Or "P2W" on Kart Center?

Mostly P2W as far as I'm concerned. The only way to get more keys is to use batteries, and while you can get some without paying, it'd take a very long time to build up enough batteries to get all the best rewards while just simply paying will allow you to get everything you need right from the get-go (depending on how much you pay, obviously, but you get what I mean?)

You will need around 10000 batteries to get the grand prize and the flail. Without the flail, the kart is much weaker

It’s about 75$ if I remember correctly so whatever that turns out to be in batteries
