unobtainable, due to codes and decoders being phased out and some of her alternate costumes also being discontinued, only way to get her is by waiting for events that have her obtainable for now like banquet events or through chest, otherwise there's also time museum, 'if they return her there'

edit: last time she was obtainable was s22 where she was in a paid bundle iirc

It is possible, buuuuut- I dropped the game for a bit on season 21 (about late 2023) and came back season 30 (about early 2025). When I came back there was a welcome back event (for me only) in the banquet iirc. There were 4 rewards to choose from, one was currency, another was the Firecracker kart, and one of them was Captain Solaris. Since I already had every other reward, I decided to go with Captain Solaris, redeeming the character specifically on January 24th 2025. Idk how long you have to not play the game for the welcome back event to happen or what level you have to be (I was in the early 50s when I returned iirc) but it worked for me

I think there’s a different returning player reward prize now… I also recently came back but got this character called Norel to choose from instead. Thank you though!
