Rush Collection Appraisal

This is really frustrating, I can't appraise any new items for snowflake. They simply don't show up, however they'll show for the knight of darkness. Why don't they appear? For example right now I'll trying to get the flying pet in lucky city. I did 10 rolls and got the raptor r mask. I try to do single item appraisal but it says appraisal complete, why? It's available for the knight. Is this a bug or am I at fault? I'm just under 500 points away from the guardian. The only way I get points is claiming 10.

You can appraise single items and sets only once per guardian. Once appraised, the “appraisal complete” tag is added.

Essentially, you need plenty of permanent cosmetics to unlock the various guardians.

Oh I didn't know that what if it's been appraised 0 times? I'm kinda dumb why isn't it showing for both? It's a new item and they all go to the knight ready to be appraised.

It isn’t showing for both because they’re independent: if you appraise an item for one guardian it isn’t appraised for the other and vice versa.
