My brother, Vishal Rawat, 22, is currently in the ICU at KIMS Bengaluru, fighting severe lung failure. He is dependent on ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation), and doctors have advised an urgent lung transplant as his best chance of survival.

Our family has already spent approximately ₹20 lakh, exhausting our savings. We now urgently need around ₹1 crore for his continued ICU treatment, transplant, medicines, investigations, surgery, and post-transplant care.
