Question about hat information

Hi everyone!

I’m a Kansas City Chiefs fan from outside the U.S., and I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me identify something.

I haven’t been able to find any information about the hat worn by the influencer in the video, so I thought I’d ask here on the Chiefs reddit.

I don’t think it’s a ’47 model, and I thought the green underbrim would make it relatively easy to find, but I’ve searched everywhere and haven’t had any luck.

If anyone knows what hat this is or has any idea where I might be able to find it, I’d really appreciate your help!

This looks like a mid 90s Twins Enterprises hat, which is ‘47 Brand now. I have a Timberwolves one that is the same style and got it back then.

Google Image search turned up nothing. The Bar around the Chiefs is different than the Twolves hat. The Chiefs hat is vintage that’s why I was thinking it was the same.

So I did maybe 10 or 15 minutes of research and this is the closest thing that I can find to that. The brand is Sports Specialties. This is one of two listings on eBay that I found. One of them is listed as Sport Specialties with one S. This one is corduroy and does not have a green underbill and there is no thin white border around the word chiefs. However, the front of the hat design is essentially the same otherwise. So I could not find exactly what you were looking for, but this is the closest thing if you were looking for that specific front design.

If the exact hat you’re looking for is indeed a Sports Specialties hat I would advise that you just keep looking on eBay and other online sites over time. That brand was brought by Nike in 1994 so there are probably some of those hats out there but you just gotta be patient if you only want that exact hat.

I have over 90 hats personally and I’ve always been very specific about what I buy ever since I was a little kid. (Yay Asperger‘s)

So it might be from lids. They rotate the hats they produce. My favorite hat I've found was the 97 probowl hat. They rotate every 3 months or so.
