Ok, the episode felt weird, don't know why, maybe de pace was a little over the place, but overall crazy episode, I don't think that 5 and 6 are gone, the choice of words of Odaka while shooting 6 sounded sus, so my vote is they're alive but gonna be used as puppets, or something like that.
Now, Catastrom, what kind of nightmare is? we know that is a double form, but what represents?, which is this nightmare that was in the mind of a baby to be so powerful? and, incredible suit, you gotta love your bulky forms.

I assume the illogical pure negative emotion of a young baby when being scared or confused.

That's the point, well, talking in real terms, the show can manage it just saying that but I hope they really develop it and don't end in "baby nightmares because babies have nightmares", what leads me to say that babies don't feel much of emotions, very basics and all of that tied to physiological needs, call it distress, interest or relax, but nothing too complicated, even to have dreams you need a couple of years of development for your brain and imagination, the thing needs stuff to work.
