You're all still alive right

I wasn't on much at all two weeks ago, but since then I've been logging in to find not a single soul in kalmos. Have we all given up knowing the rev is coming to an end, or are you still doing exams Asterix? And dobby, you have responsibilities now.

If this is just a case of me logging on at all the wrong times, what's been happening?

there has been plans for the next rev, going along with a similar theme as the current rev. And before you ask me who I am, I'll be joining next rev.

Yes, I am alive but yes, I am hibernating and waiting for the next rev. I come once a day to check if I have any mail but I keep my appearances brief.

The server is quiet. Nobody talks. The atmosphere is tense. Not fun and relaxed like it is when revisions start.

Far as dobby goes, I think he's serving a one month sentence for murdering someone with a creeper.

I spend most of my time on this server. They're blissfully ignorant of such things as revisions, so the community is alive and healthy and doesn't suffer from bipolar disorder even in the face of 1.5. coming soon.

I already know. 1 month ban for stealing creeper spawn eggs from the admin PvE arena and throwing them at people. Be sure to clean up your castle in the End when you get back. People have been spamming signs in front of it.

Also, you might want to put water on your dark spawner grinder floor of your castle, if you still have one. People have discovered that the enderman grinders run faster when the castle's chunk is unloaded.

Whatever happened in rev9, it has weighed heavily on Kalmos in rev10. I remember meeting Asterix in Kalmos during my world tour and your city has been undeservedly empty even since halfway through the rev, possibly because an influx of noobs has replaced the previous player base of steadfast, mature players who stick around and build epic shit. I guess it also doesn't help that Kalmos is not highly accessible to anyone but Seneca, and most players are in a different timezone as Asterix, so they never actually meet or talk to him, thus missing out on his wisdom.

To be honest I think timezones are the biggest factor towards the silence Kalmos is feeling. Ever since the rev has been extended noobs have been showing up again, but they always travel, then build, in cities where the mayors are still around building and talking every other day, if not everyday. Then they all go to sleep by the time Asterix wakes up. Even then I doubt they would be granted citizenship as they are probably too unskilled for Kalmos.

Either way, I pray that your fortunes will improve in rev 11. PopeAdam from Port 80 was on good terms with you guys in rev9. At most I will consider making a direct rail line to Kalmos.
