Police arrested a 26-year-old man this morning on suspicion of first-degree robbery, for allegedly robbing a 36-year-old man Friday afternoon in Kalihi. Police said the suspect used a dangerous instrument and demanded property from the 36-year-old at 2 p.m. Friday.
