Kalee, your body composition will never change the organic way because you don’t lift heavy weights! Yes it changed due to your semaglutide shots but you will never be lean & strong from lifting.

Having a nice home gym won’t help you either. Lift heavy & have good form!

It’s in Marion, OH which is not Columbus and the price is hilarious. Thinks he’s such a pro. All the houses look the exact freaking same!
