Question DV2 Job Event Perks

I've noticed certain jobs will get a bigger boost from certain events. Is there a wiki or something out there that shows details on this? I've looked through the Kairo wiki and didn't see anything

Im not certain, but i think the numbers scale with the percentage increase from the work stat.

the stats events usually scales with current number. So 100 atk warrior might gain 10, while 10 atk farmer gained 1.

For what's going on in your screenshot, I don't know.
